01 Documentation

We start by understanding your requirements and documenting them for your review. Once we get on the same page, we move on to the designing part.

02 Designing

We gather your design requirements and your color preferences and then design a theme that matches your brand and your identity.

03 Coding & Testing

Our developers start the coding as soon as designs are done. Once the website and apps are coded, we test them to ensure everything is working smoothly.

04 Launch

Once the website and apps are fully tested and bug-free, we publish them on web servers and application stores, making them available for public access.

HERE ARE SOME OF THE MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What features are covered in each packages?
All packages include all the features listed in the Features section.
Would there be any fee for customization?
The standard customization, which includes UI/UX design, payment gateway integration, customized forms, booking process are covered. However, if any new feature is required, which is not mentioned in the given list of features may be charged, based on the required efforts.
How will the apps be published?
You will provide us with the developer accounts for Apple Appstore and Google Playstore and we will publish the apps on your accounts. However, if you don't have any developer account, we will use our own accounts to publish the app at no additional cost.
I already have a website. Can you upgrade it for me?
Yes. You need to select one of our Packages you would like to upgrade to and then provide us with the credentials for your hosting server and we will do it.
I have an appointment management system. Can that be integrated with the website and mobile app?
Yes. However, there would be an additional cost to it. Please contact us for details.
Who will be taking care of the maintenance?
Each package comes with a 12-month complimentary maintenance subscription, starting from the date of launch. After expiry of the free subscription, you will have the option to subscribe for our maintenance plan, starting at $35 per month.
Will the website and apps be customized as per my preferences?
Yes. We will first gather your requirements and then tailor the features and functionalities to your needs.
Is hosting provided with the website?
Yes. All packages come with free hosting service for 12 months.
How much time would it take for completion and delivery?
Basic Package would take approximately 4 weeks. Standard Package would take approximately 8 weeks. Deluxe Package would take approximately 10 weeks. Ultimate Package would take approximately 12 weeks.
Can the payment be made in installments?
Yes. For details, please call us.
Does the given price cover apps for both iPhones and Android Phones?
Yes. Customer apps are for both iPhone and Android phones. Whereas Staff apps and Owner apps are for either iPhones or Android Phones, as per your preference.
What are the benefits of maintenance subscription?
Clients who are subscribed for maintenance get regular application updates, security patches, hosting and online technical support from us. This helps them run their operations smoothly, keep their focus on their business.
